2. Meditation: Set up a center in your home for daily sacred meditation, prayer or sacred chanting. The power of 5 minutes a day or 3 times a week will bring calm, peace, clarity and a greater sense of joy to your life. Do not underestimate the power of 5 minutes of peace to change your life.
